Over the course of my career I’ve often been formally or informally positioned to manage content production projects, from print materials for start-ups and small firms, to design sprints for early iterations of app features, to web site redesigns, multi-authored content for podcasts, content for university offices, and more.

Below you’ll find some examples of projects that I’ve managed the production of.

University of Utah Health Research Web Site Redesign & Management

I led a project to consolidate disparate sites that featured research mission content into a single site segment of the University of Utah Health domain. Here I led out the initial intake, directed and conducted UX research, conducted stakeholder meetings, outlined project timelines for developers and conducted feedback sessions. With the redesign, I also hired a web administrator and manage and direct their ongoing projects.

Donor Relations Pamphlet

I launched and guided a project to develop a print piece that could be used with philanthropists to develop their interest in making donations to further health sciences research. I conducted the initial intake with stakeholders, drafted the first outline, interviewed design agencies, coordinated project management with the selected agency, held revision sessions with stakeholders, and managed printing of the pamphlet.

Annual Report Development

From 2019 to present, I have managed the annual development of an annual report for the Office of the Associate Vice President of Research at University of Utah Health. This large report involves contributions from over a dozen individuals. I outline timelines, manage content collection, build a media library, manage the editing and revisions, oversee the web design, and build the print design.

Regularly Host Multi-Author Podcast Episodes

On the Legendary Creature Podcast, we regularly host episodes where we accept content submissions that will be featured from 10-50 contributors. I have developed the submission processes for the content and built the structure for these episodes that features content and ideas developed by multiple creators. I also manage all the submissions as these episodes are prepared for and produced.
